Amber Premium FZE Receives VASP License from Dubai's VARA

Gate News message, April 28 — Amber International Holding Limited (Nasdaq: AMBR) announced that its Dubai subsidiary, Amber Premium FZE, has received a Virtual Asset Service Provider (VASP) license from the Dubai Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority (VARA). The license authorizes Amber Premium to operate within and outside the Dubai Emirate, serving global institutions and qualified investors.

Under VARA’s rulebook, the VASP license permits three regulated activities: virtual asset brokerage and trading services, virtual asset management and investment services, and virtual asset lending services.
