Deep Tide TechFlow News, on January 7, according to The Oregonian, Nike quietly sold its digital products subsidiary RTFKT in December. The deal took effect on December 16, 2025, but the specific terms and buyer have not been disclosed.
Nike acquired RTFKT in 2021 under the leadership of then-CEO John Donahoe. RTFKT had previously announced that it would end its Web3 service operations in January 2025.
