现任主席Paul Atkins强调，SEC已重新调整执法重点，摒弃单纯追求案件数量和创纪录罚款的做法，将资源集中于欺诈、市场操纵和滥用信任等直接影响投资者利益的违法行为。这一转向意味着SEC不再依赖以案件数量衡量工作成果的策略，而是强调实质性投资者保护和金融市场诚信。

报告显示，自2025年2月起，SEC已撤销对Consensys、Cumberland DRW、Dragonchain和Balina等多家加密公司的执法行动。这表明监管机构正在放宽对加密企业的过度追责，同时推动行业回归合理合规的轨道。2025财年，SEC共提起456起执法诉讼，其中包括303起独立案件和69起行政诉讼，显示机构仍保持高水平执法能力，但优先级已明显调整。
