从资金分布来看，BlackRock旗下IBIT与Fidelity的FBTC占据主导地位，分别吸引约1.82亿美元和1.47亿美元资金，两者合计贡献约3.29亿美元，占当日总流入的大部分份额。这一格局延续了自2024年ETF推出以来的市场集中趋势。
尽管资金回流明显，比特币价格仍处于波动区间。数据显示，比特币较2025年10月高点一度回撤约45%，当前价格在68,000美元附近震荡。ETF资金流入与价格走势出现一定背离，表明机构更多在进行结构性配置，而非单纯追涨。
整体规模方面，美国现货比特币ETF资产管理总规模已接近900亿美元，其中IBIT以约545亿美元占据近六成份额，累计净流入规模达到约560亿美元。
回顾2026年第一季度，ETF资金流动呈现分化。1月和2月因通胀压力与美联储政策预期影响，累计净流出约18亿美元；3月随着市场企稳，重新录得约13亿美元净流入，情绪有所修复。
不过，市场仍对宏观变量保持警惕。即将公布的美国3月CPI数据及核心PCE指标，可能成为影响比特币及ETF资金流向的关键因素。一旦通胀超预期回升，风险资产配置节奏或再次调整。
