SEC 加密貨幣任務小組（Crypto Task Force）宣布，前 Chainlink Labs 副總法律顧問 Taylor Lindman 正式加入，擔任首席法律顧問（Chief Counsel）。該職位此前由 Michael Selig 擔任，Selig 已於 2025 年 12 月轉任商品期貨交易委員會（CFTC）主席。
五年 Chainlink 資歷，從業界跨入監管
Lindman 在 Chainlink Labs 任職超過五年，歷任副總法律顧問與助理法律顧問等職務，負責確保公司遵守美國及國際法規。在加入 Chainlink 之前，他曾先後任職於知名律所 Debevoise & Plimpton（2016-2018）與 Perkins Coie（2018-2021），累積近十年的法律實務經驗。
值得注意的是，Lindman 此前曾作為 Chainlink 代表團成員，於 2025 年 3 月與 SEC 加密任務小組會面，討論代幣分類（token taxonomy）與證券記錄保存要求等議題。如今他直接加入該小組，從產業遊說方轉身為監管制定方。

領導加密任務小組的 SEC 委員 Hester Peirce 公開確認了這項任命，並對 Lindman 的加入表示樂觀。Chainlink Labs 方面也發表聲明，感謝 Lindman 的貢獻，並表示期待「一起推動美國金融體系的現代化」。

作為首席法律顧問，Lindman 將負責法律解釋指導、合規管理、組織風險管控，並支援領導層的決策制定。
SEC 加密任務小組自川普政府上台後採取更友善的加密政策立場以來持續擴編，目前已有 14 名具備加密產業專業知識的成員，包括前 Coin Center 政策主任 Landon Zinda（擔任資深顧問）以及前 Baker Hostetler 數位資產與 Web3 律師 Veronica Reynolds 等。該小組已舉辦多場圓桌討論與設施參訪，廣泛蒐集產業參與者、學術界與市場利害關係人對數位資產監管的意見。
