South Korean ruling party's representative meets with Yoon Suk-yeol, saying they will continue to maintain their 'anti-impeachment' stance

On December 6th, Jinshi Data reported that members of the ruling party, including the representative of the ruling party, Qiu Qinggao, met with President Moon Jae-in at the Blue House in the evening. They “conveyed the party’s opinions to the president without reservation”, and the president said he would “seriously consider”. The ruling party stated that it will continue to maintain a unified position of “opposing impeachment”. On the local time of the 6th, Han Dongxun, the head of the ruling party’s National Power Party, stated that he did not receive any reasons during the meeting with President Moon Jae-in that could overturn his previous views.
