FAQ
Q1: What is the difference between a trusted address and a regular address?
A: Trusted addresses skip additional security verification steps (SMS, email, authenticator codes, and fund password) during withdrawals. Regular addresses require these verifications for each withdrawal.
Q2: Can I change an address from trusted to regular, or vice versa?
A: You need to delete the existing address and re-add it with your preferred settings. Use the "Manage" function in the address book to delete addresses.
Q3: How many trusted addresses can I add?
A: The number of addresses you can add may vary. Please refer to the Gate platform for the most current limits on address book entries.
Q4: Will my trusted addresses work across all networks?
A: No, trusted addresses are network-specific. You must add separate trusted addresses for each network you wish to use.
