Shanghai Xiaonan Guo prepaid card refund plan announced: registration from today through June 30; card refunds will be processed starting July 15. In early February, multiple locations of Shanghai Xiaonan Guo suddenly closed their doors, drawing consumer attention. On March 30, Xiaonan Guo issued an announcement, appointing the Shanghai Single-Purpose Prepaid Card Association to handle the refund process. Consumers must register before June 30, and July 15 through 31 will be the period for refunding cards. If the refund amount actually applied for exceeds the total amount of funds held in custody, refunds will be made on a proportional basis. After the registration period ends, cardholders must mail the physical card back, which will be deemed as agreement to the refund plan. (Xinmin Evening News)
