Shenzhen's total online signing of new and second-hand residential properties in March reached 7,898 units, the highest in nearly 11 months.

Gelonghui April 1|According to data disclosed today by the LeYoujia Research Center, in March 2026, Shenzhen recorded 7,898 total residential sales signings (new and pre-owned combined). This represents a month-over-month increase of 117%, the highest level in the past 11 months. Of these, the city’s newly sold residential pre-sale signings were 1,571 units, up 109% month over month; existing-home signings were 1,256 units, up 130% month over month. Combined signings totaled 2,827 units, up 118% month over month. Secondhand residential signings were 5,071 units, up 117% month over month, continuing to stay stable at the Shenzhen real estate market’s 5,000-unit “prosperity and failure line” level.
