As of the week of April 1, according to data from Zhaogangwang, the national output and inventory of key steel products are as follows: For national construction materials, production was 4.763 million tons, up 0.294 million tons from the previous week; mill inventory was 5.9334 million tons, down 0.3758 million tons from the previous week; warehouse inventory was 7.8836 million tons, down 0.2059 million tons from the previous week; total inventory was 13.817 million tons, down 0.5817 million tons from the previous week; apparent consumption was 5.3447 million tons, up 0.1446 million tons from the previous week. For national hot-rolled coil, production was 4.0915 million tons, up 0.421 million tons from the previous week; mill inventory was 0.9824 million tons, down 0.069 million tons from the previous week; warehouse inventory was 4.3349 million tons, up 0.37 million tons from the previous week; total inventory was 5.3173 million tons, up 0.301 million tons from the previous week; apparent consumption was 4.0614 million tons, down 0.1116 million tons from the previous week.
