Wang Ying: For our country, the most important significance of participating in international standardization work is that we can contribute Chinese experience to the construction of global rules. By participating in international standardization work, first, we can share successful experiences explored domestically with the world.
Second, our country can better and more deeply integrate into the global innovation network. Standards are a universally accepted language; by participating in the formulation of international standards, we transform from being mere recipients to co-builders of rules, bringing technical solutions and research results to the international stage, discussing and refining them with other countries, which allows our standards to be more diverse and inclusive, achieving sustainable development.
