Representatives from companies such as China Minmetals Corporation, China State Construction Group, Contemporary Amperex Technology Co., Ltd., BYD, Chery Automobile, Didi, and Meituan engaged in in-depth discussions and provided feedback.
Meng Yang, a member of the Party Leadership Group and Deputy Director of the Administration, attended the meeting and delivered a speech.
Meng Yang introduced the work the Administration has done to maintain fair market competition and support enterprises in cultivating new competitive advantages.
He emphasized that the Administration will resolutely implement the decisions and deployments of the Party Central Committee and the State Council, strengthen antitrust regulatory enforcement, enhance corporate compliance guidance, thoroughly rectify “involution” competition, deepen institutional opening in the field of competition, and provide greater support for enterprises to explore international markets and achieve high-quality development.
Wang Tiehan, the Director of the Antitrust Division, along with main responsible comrades from relevant departments and units, attended the meeting.
