Guangzhou City Investment Commercial Management Pazhou Tiandi will officially open on March 30.
Guangdong View Network News: On March 27, the commercial project “Pazhou Tiandi” under Guangzhou Urban Investment Commercial Management announced that it will officially open on March 30. The project is located in the core area of Guangzhou Pazhou CBD and is positioned as an “Energy Station” for internet professionals, aiming to create a “new lifestyle” neighborhood center that integrates digital art, specialty dining, leisure, and social functions.
According to reports, the Pazhou Tiandi project covers nearly 6,800 square meters, with a current signing rate of nearly 80% and successfully attracting 15 first-store brands in the Pazhou area. The project was formerly known as Huachenghui Pazhou and is connected to the subway and surrounding buildings through an underground passage, boasting a prime location adjacent to the headquarters of companies like Tencent and Alibaba.
In terms of business layout, the project closely follows the core themes of “new lifestyle, new consumption” and is divided into three major sections: the Inspiration Sustaining section introduces coffee and tea brands like JPG, LAVAZZA, and Tims; the Fun and Relaxation section gathers MINISO, Pop Mart, and various specialty dining options; while the Wellness and Convenience section includes services like Chang Le Tui Na, Zhai Shan Eyewear, and UCC International Laundry, catering to the diverse needs of the workforce.
