Wu Yirong, a graduate student with a master’s degree, will assume the position on March 30, 2026. She has 4 years of experience in the securities industry and 0.5 years in securities investment management. Previous work experience includes serving as an analyst in the Group Analysis Department of Dongfang Caifu Information Co., Ltd., a model engineer in the AI Lab of Ping An Asset Management Co., Ltd., and an analyst and assistant fund manager in the Index Research and Investment Department of Huabao Fund Management Co., Ltd. She joined Wanji Fund Management Co., Ltd. in July 2025 and is currently the fund manager of the Quantitative Investment Department.

He Fangzhou is leaving due to company work arrangements and will no longer serve as the fund manager for this fund. His departure date is March 30, 2026, and he will continue to serve as the fund manager for other funds under the company.

The company has completed the relevant procedures for the above-mentioned fund manager change with the Asset Management Association of China. The above adjustments will take effect from March 30, 2026.
