Sunshine Insurance (06963.HK) Dong Bin's appointment as an independent non-executive director has been approved

Gelonghui March 4th — Sunshine Insurance (06963.HK) announced that it recently received the “Approval from the National Financial Regulatory Administration on the Qualification of Dong Bin as an Independent Director of Sunshine Insurance Group Co., Ltd.” (Jin Fu [2026] No. 119). According to the approval, the National Financial Regulatory Administration has approved Dong Bin’s qualification to serve as an independent non-executive director of the company, with his appointment effective from March 4, 2026. Starting from the same date, Dong Bin also serves as the Chair of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and a member of the Related Party Transactions Control Committee of the Board of Directors.
