Emergency departure of billionaires from Dubai; private jet prices jump by $140,000 amid war

Dubai Airport, one of the world's most important aviation hubs and a key point for international air routes, has been closed since Saturday.

As a result of missile and drone attacks by the Islamic Republic on the United Arab Emirates and the closure of Dubai Airport, passengers stranded in the country are paying over $140,000 to fly out of the region on private jets. Some are also forced to travel more than 10 hours to reach airports that remain open.
