Governor of Bryansk Oblast, Russia: Ukrainian forces launch "Himars" long-range missile attack

On the 4th, Alexander Bogomaz, governor of Bryansk Oblast, Russia, said on social media that Ukrainian forces launched a joint attack on Bryansk Oblast using “HIMARS” multiple launch rocket systems, fixed-wing drones, and “Nerpa” long-range missiles, causing damage to several residential buildings. Bogomaz stated that the Russian air defense forces destroyed the “Nerpa” long-range missile and 11 fixed-wing drones. The Ukrainian attack injured one woman, who has been hospitalized. The attack also damaged 20 residential buildings and hit three cars with shrapnel. Bryansk Oblast is located on Russia’s southwestern border, bordering Ukraine. (Xinhua)
