Silicon Motion’s revenue last year reached $885.63 million (IT House note: approximately 6.151 billion RMB at current exchange rates), a 10% increase year-over-year, with gross margin rising by 2.3 percentage points to 48.3%.
For Q4 2025, Silicon Motion achieved revenue of $278.46 million, a 15% increase quarter-over-quarter and a 46% increase year-over-year. Among the three major sectors, SSD controller chips grew by 25-30% quarter-over-quarter and 35-40% year-over-year; eMMC / UFS controller chips grew by 0-5% quarter-over-quarter and 50-55% year-over-year; SSD solutions grew by 125-130% quarter-over-quarter and 110-115% year-over-year.
