When partnering with others, if you believe the fair split in society is 55%, then proactively suggest a 37% split, and take 30%.
If the other party opposes and proposes a 55% split, then consider cooperating.
If the other party opposes and proposes a 46% split, then observe further; there might be aspects you haven't considered.
If the other party readily agrees to your proposed 37% split, then find a reason a few days later to cancel the deal.
This is just a way of thinking.
The same approach can be used when looking for a partner. For example, in some regions where bride price is customary, if the local fair bride price is 180,000, you can proactively suggest 360,000 (roughly). If the other side happily accepts or even offers more, then the next day you realize the compatibility isn't there.
Similarly, if a woman is looking for a man and you believe household chores should be split equally, then proactively offer to take on all household chores. If the man happily accepts or even takes pride in it, then the next day you realize things are changing, and it’s time to part ways.
This approach can also be applied to colleagues and superiors/subordinates. If it’s not your responsibility, just mention it lightly, and if they willingly give it to you, then let it go. Don’t overstep your position or interfere in affairs outside your scope.
