At the same time, since December 26, 2025, the company has disposed of 748,500 shares of SQM’s Class B shares held through its wholly-owned subsidiary Tianqi Lithium Hong Kong, accounting for 0.29% of SQM’s total shares. As of the date of this announcement, the company, through its wholly-owned subsidiary Tianqi Chile, holds 62,556,600 shares of SQM’s Class A shares, representing 21.90% of its total shares, and no longer holds any of SQM’s Class B shares.
