On February 9, the U.S.-listed Sohu Inc. announced its unaudited financial results for the fourth quarter and full year of 2025, ending December 31, 2025. The data shows that Sohu’s total revenue in the fourth quarter of 2025 was $142 million, with full-year total revenue reaching $584 million.

In the fourth quarter of 2025, Sohu’s revenue increased by 6% compared to the same period in 2024. Among them, marketing services revenue was $17 million, and online gaming revenue was $120 million. For the full year of 2025, Sohu’s total revenue was $584 million. Of this, marketing services revenue was $60 million, and online gaming revenue was $506 million. Excluding the impact of tax provisions related to Changyou, Sohu’s non-GAAP net loss for 2025 was $51 million, a nearly 40% reduction from the $83 million loss in 2024.

Sohu Chairman and CEO Zhang Chaoyang stated, “In the fourth quarter of 2025, our marketing services revenue exceeded expectations, and online gaming revenue was in line with expectations. Excluding the impact of tax provisions related to Changyou, the group’s non-GAAP net loss was in line with our previous best estimates.” He further noted, “In the online gaming business, the company continues to focus on long-term operations, consistently providing players with high-quality content updates and an improved gaming experience.”

Additionally, according to Sohu’s previously announced share repurchase plan with a maximum total amount of $150 million, as of February 5, 2026, Sohu has repurchased 81 million American depositary shares, totaling approximately $106 million.
