This week's market taught me a few things. After observing for a few days, the pattern is actually quite straightforward—whenever I reduce my position, the market starts to go up.

Last night, I really couldn't hold on anymore and sold off a large part of my holdings. And what happened? I just fell asleep, and when I woke up to check the market, it had already taken off. The back-and-forth over those days almost drove me crazy, staying up until dawn, and having to get up at 8 in the morning for work. Sleep was completely unguaranteed.

The most incredible part is—once I start reducing my position, it’s like injecting adrenaline; it skyrockets without looking back. This rhythm is really uncomfortable, but on the other hand, maybe this is the market teaching us what 'holding costs' really mean.
