Claude's newly launched Cowork feature indeed seems to significantly improve work efficiency.

Recently, I was chatting with a friend, and he complained that I am still using ChatGPT for daily tasks — directly labeling it as "an outdated solution." I also realize that the iteration speed of these AI tools is indeed ridiculously fast. From feature upgrades to ecosystem integration, the latest Forbes top startup trends all point to AI and predictive markets. What does this indicate? It shows that if you don't update your understanding of AI tools quickly, you will easily be left behind by the times.

Honestly, there is a bit of knowledge anxiety now. It's not just the tools themselves that are upgrading; the entire industry ecosystem behind them is accelerating in evolution, and this pressure is very real.

Haha, I knew I was falling behind, turns out ChatGPT has already become a "vintage"... --- No, is Cowork really that powerful, or is it just another round of marketing hype... --- I'm still wavering between ChatGPT and Claude, and now I'm being told I'm out of date. The pace is just too fast, oh my God --- This thing called anxiety, just mentioning it makes me feel it. Feels like I'm always chasing, never fast enough --- Damn, I have to learn a new set of tools again. I just can't remember all this --- Is ecological iteration this crazy? Feels like just using a new feature, and there's already another one out --- The experience of being dissed by friends for still using old tools... that's exactly how I feel right now --- Really, knowledge anxiety is contagious

Haha, this is my daily routine. Tools are evolving rapidly; if you don't learn, you'll be out. Claude's setup is indeed great, but to be honest, I'm a bit lazy to tinker... I'm a bit panicked after my friends said that, feeling like I'm always chasing. With the ecosystem evolving so quickly, who can really keep up? Just relax. I understand this anxiety; every day is a tool selection quiz. But to be fair, no matter how powerful new tools are, they need to be used smoothly. Hey, have any of you fully switched to Claude, or are you just trying it out? This knowledge anxiety is like drinking water; you can never quench your thirst.

Honestly, the anxiety has gone a bit overboard. Claude Cowork is indeed pretty good, but GPT isn't that outdated either; just use what suits you. Cowork seems really appealing, but I think the tool itself isn't everything; the key is how you use it. Don't be swayed by marketing. AI updates quickly, but there's no need to chase every new feature. The real issue isn't the tool; it's whether you are focused enough to do one thing well. Hmm... Looks like it's time to replace GPT, as friends are all using Claude now. Anxiety is the most toxic, but it's indeed worth checking out this new thing, Cowork.

Comments on Cutting Losses but Not Love: Claude's recent Cowork move is indeed impressive, but to be honest, I'm a bit lazy to switch since I got used to GPT. I felt a bit anxious after being teased by friends once haha. By the way, the speed at which these tools are replaced is truly astonishing. It feels like I haven't fully mastered a new feature before chasing the next one, which is a bit exhausting. But on the other hand, the anxiety of being left behind by the times might be a bit exaggerated... as long as people keep updating their understanding, it's fine. Looking at Forbes' rankings, every track dares to rely on AI, which is indeed a bit of hype. So I might as well take the anxiety as motivation. Anyway, this wave of AI cannot be avoided.

Really, I'm also debating whether to switch to Claude now. I'm so used to ChatGPT that it feels a bit laggy. Cowork sounds pretty good, but we still need to test how much faster it really is. But on the other hand, the speed of chasing new tools can't keep up with the iteration pace, and everyone feels this anxiety. Damn, I have to learn new things again. My brain really can't keep up with the rhythm. Talking about ecosystem evolution is a bit too broad, but not upgrading tools definitely makes you fall behind—that's true. Wait, is Claude really that much faster than GPT? The reviews online are all over the place.
