Creator monetization incentives really do make a difference—at least on paper. Getting paid for what you post? Sounds amazing. But here's the thing: for those of us who've been grinding content for years, it doesn't necessarily change the game. The money's nice, sure. Extra income is never bad. Yet when I sit down to create, I'm not thinking about the payout. Same content, same passion, same workflow as always.
Wonder if this is just what happens when you've already built an audience. Do smaller creators feel that monetization spark differently? Does the incentive structure actually shift behavior for newcomers, or is motivation always rooted in something deeper than just the economics?
