Lost again yesterday. To put it simply, it's still caused by lack of sleep. When in a bad state, the originally clear trading logic becomes blurry, and I hesitate to cut losses on losing positions, while stubbornly chasing the market when I should be observing. In the end, it's a series of reckless operations, and the account suffers. It seems that without sufficient rest, discussing trading strategies is all nonsense. I need to reflect properly and make sure to get enough sleep before trading.

Lack of sleep really is a trader's killer; I’ve fallen victim to it recently. But I still have to say, sometimes even if I get enough sleep, my condition still isn’t right, haha.

Lack of sleep really is a trader's killer, I've also suffered from this... When I'm in a bad state, my brain feels like it's full of glue.

Lack of sleep is really an invisible killer for trading. When I'm extremely tired, I can't even bring myself to press the stop-loss. I truly understand.

Really, staying up all night to trade is like a suicidal move. I've tried it too, and it was disastrous.

Still daring to trade with lack of sleep? This is the reason I suffered heavy losses. Late-night review sessions are so addictive, I just can't stop. Watching the K-line in the middle of the night makes my hands itchy; no matter how good the technicals are, it's useless. It's really just greed; I should cut losses but insist on holding on stubbornly. Getting a full night's sleep really changes the state, but unfortunately, I always can't wait. The trading plan I promised myself is forgotten the moment I don't get enough sleep. This is probably the fundamental reason why I always chase orders at the top. Market makers love traders who are this confused. Only by calming down can I see the distribution of chips clearly, but unfortunately, I can never stay calm.
