The community is still in the ongoing construction phase. The common trait among those who leave is an unstable mindset and average stress resistance. They choose to give up their chips to pursue other projects. But the problem is, tossing around a hundred projects in a year is really not as good as carefully managing one project that can achieve a hundredfold growth. This is a true reflection of the @GOUT community. Some people cannot see the long-term value and change course at the slightest wind. Meanwhile, the community members who persist are going through a filtering process—those who truly believe stay, while others leave, making the community more pure.
