It's been quite a while since I last dove into the perpetual futures market. Been taking a step back from that trading style lately.

No matter how good you are at perpetual contracts, you still need to know when to step back—your health is your capital.

Perpetual contracts may seem to have high capital efficiency, but in reality, they are a binary trade-off between arbitrage opportunities and liquidation risks. I’ve also taken a break; the data speaks for itself—historical backtests show that once the volatility range is broken, the fee rate model collapses. It’s better to look for on-chain hedging strategies.

Hmm... perpetual contracts. I've also taken a step back for a while; it's too easy to fall into the manipulators' traps. Recently, on-chain monitoring showed that the large transfer frequency of several institutional wallets has significantly decreased, and now I don't dare to touch that area much.

Perpetual contracts, after playing for a long time, you really need to take a break... Frequent liquidation really gets on people's nerves.

When it comes to contracts, you still need to stay calm and composed; otherwise, if your mindset collapses, everything will be ruined.

Contract trading is too exhausting; I still need to take a break to relax my mindset.

Perpetual contracts are still too exciting; you get what I mean, right? Now I just want to live a calmer life.

Hmm... There are too many pitfalls in the contract, and I mostly can't bring myself to look at it now. Feels like the risk-reward ratio isn't quite right.

Perpetual contracts can definitely be addictive... Taking a break is also good, so you won't give all your principal to the exchange as fees.
