Don't remind me again today

Just checked the official ISO website, and it's crystal clear:

"Cryptocurrencies are not inherently ISO 20022 compliant. ISO 20022 is a global standard for financial messaging."

People need to stop spreading that narrative. There's no "chosen token" situation happening here. The standard doesn't require some special liquidity asset, and there's definitely no price pump mechanism baked into it.

This whole idea that certain cryptos are somehow officially selected for ISO 20022 compliance? That's not how any of this works. The standard is about messaging formats between financial institutions, period.

Another one of these rumor debunking posts, I'm really tired of it.

Ngl, these ridiculous arguments about iso20022 should have been challenged long ago, with the daily selection of coins and pump coin mechanisms... it's funny.

lmao finally someone pulling actual receipts instead of these unhinged iso 20022 conspiracy threads. technically speaking the messaging protocol overhead alone makes this whole "chosen coin" narrative mathematically implausible but sure let people keep fomo'ing into whatever scam du jour

On-chain data shows that the claims about these "officially selected coins" are pure nonsense. The ISO official website clearly states in black and white that it's just a messaging format standard, nothing mysterious.
