Don't remind me again today

Don't talk to me about having a good mindset. To be honest, mindset isn't something that can be cultivated. When the account is in the green, everything about the holdings looks pleasing, even the candlestick charts seem gentle. Once losses start to pile up, no amount of mental preparation makes a difference.

What is "long-termism" and "value investing"? I believe it all when the market is good, but I forget it all when the market is bad. A truly good mindset? That is all derived from the rise; as the account numbers go up, the mindset naturally stabilizes.

So now, if anyone advises me to adjust my mindset, I will just ask them: how many points are your Holdings in the green?
