On May 8, Slow Fog reported that the Ransomware LockBit was attacked by hackers. Its “onion” site was breached - the attackers took over the management panel and leaked a packaged file containing the database. The exposed information includes: Bitcoin Address and Private Key internal chat logs associated with company information. The attackers left a message: “Don’t commit crimes, crime is bad, xoxo from Prague.” LockBit is one of the most active RaaS (Ransomware as a Service) groups since 2019, known for its technical complexity, automation, and efficient extortion strategies, with estimated extortion profits exceeding $150 million, marked by multiple national security agencies as APT (Advanced Persistent Threat).
