Odaily星球日报讯持有 3723 枚 BTC 的美股上市比特币财库公司 EmperyDigital 正陷入股东争议。持股比例达 10.3%的第三大股东 Tice P. Brown 公开要求联席首席执行官 Ryan Lane 及董事会辞职，并主张出售公司全部比特币资产，将所得现金返还股东。

Tice P. Brown 指控管理层治理失当，称公司允许员工对比特币衍生品进行大规模日内交易。公司方面对此予以否认，并表示出售全部比特币资产将损害公司的长期战略价值。（CoinDesk）
