加密幣投資騙局猖獗！FBI 報告：美國人去年被騙 114 億美元、年增 22%

美國聯邦調查局（FBI）周二發布報告指出，2025 年美國民眾因加密貨幣詐騙所蒙受的損失高達 114 億美元，較 2024 年激增 22%，顯示數位資產詐欺規模正急劇擴張。報告指出：「加密貨幣投資詐騙是一種精密、長期的詐騙手法，透過心理操縱、營造合法假象和利用加密貨幣，誘騙受害者投入鉅額資金。」

幕後黑手：東南亞犯罪集團 報告進一步揭露，這些幣圈騙局的幕後黑手，多半是盤踞在東南亞的跨國組織犯罪集團。他們甚至並利用人口販運受害者作為強迫勞動力，替詐騙集團進行所謂的「殺豬盤」或投資誘騙行動，形成規模化的詐騙產業鏈。區塊鏈分析公司 Chainalysis 今年 1 月發布的報告顯示，2025 年全球因加密貨幣詐騙損失的金額高達約 170 億美元。根據《加密貨幣犯罪報告》，冒名詐騙、假交易所以及利用 AI 生成技術的詐騙手法，如今已超過駭客攻擊造成的損失，成為竊取數位資產最常見的方式。 受害者激增：每人平均損失超過 6 萬美元 FBI 的數據同時反映出受害規模的擴大。 2025 年全美涉及加密貨幣的投訴案件達 181,565 宗，年增 21%；每宗案件的平均損失金額高達 62,604 美元。損失的集中程度更是令人觸目驚心。在所有的報案者中，近 18,600 名投訴人的損失金額超過 10 萬美元，許多受害者因此失去畢生積蓄，包括存款與退休金。
