Three Mexican Airlines Restrict Passengers from Central Africa on May 29 Amid Ebola Outbreak

According to AFP, three Mexican airlines announced travel restrictions on May 29 targeting passengers from central Africa amid an Ebola outbreak in the region. Mexico's largest carrier, Mexicana de Aviación, announced on social media that passengers who have been in Uganda, Democratic Republic of Congo, or South Sudan within the past 21 days will be banned from entering Mexico by air. Low-cost carriers Viva Aerobus and Volaris also implemented similar measures, set to last 60 days.
