According to Israeli military, Mansour Sami Mahmoud Shakhtouti, commander of Hamas's naval unit, was killed Friday during an Israeli airstrike in central Gaza along with two other militants. The military stated the three armed men were traveling in a weapons-laden vehicle that posed a threat to Israeli forces.
