According to CME FedWatch data as of May 7, the Federal Reserve has a 96.4% probability of holding interest rates unchanged in June, with a 3.6% chance of a 25 basis point rate cut. For July, the probability of maintaining rates stands at 90.2%, while a 25 basis point cut has a 9.5% probability and a 50 basis point cut has a 0.2% probability.
