How to Display Your Orders and the Countdown Timer on the Candlestick Chart?
God, finally found this! I've been staring at my trading screen for hours wondering where my orders disappeared to.
You can actually show your open orders, order history, and that little countdown timer right on your chart. Honestly, I don't know why they don't enable this by default - it's saved me from making some seriously stupid trades.
Showing Orders on Charts
Website Version
Log in and hit [Trade] - [Spot]. Click that [Settings] icon (took me forever to notice it tucked away in the corner).
If you're on the [Original] interface:
Using the [Trading View] interface:
You can drag those floating boxes to adjust your orders - pretty neat trick when the market suddenly shifts and you're scrambling to not get liquidated.
Mobile App
The app interface is actually cleaner than the desktop version in my opinion, though it crashes sometimes when the market gets volatile. Classic.
Showing the Countdown Timer
This tiny feature has saved me countless times from FOMO buying at candle close.
Website
Original interface: Right-click anywhere, select [More Settings] - [Price Line] - [Count Down]
Trading View interface: Right-click, hit [Settings], go to [Scales] tab and check [Countdown to bar close]
Mobile
Tap [Settings] and check [Countdown]. Simple enough, if you can find the tiny button.
Viewing Price Trends
On the app, you can pinch to zoom out and see the bigger picture. Enable this with [Settings] - [More] - [Zoom to Area Chart].
I've found this really useful when I'm trying to decide if I'm buying the dip or catching a falling knife. Usually it's the latter though, let's be real.
This platform has so many hidden features. Still waiting for the "don't make stupid trades" button though. That would be truly revolutionary.
