Hut 8 signs a 15-year data center leasing agreement valued at $7 billion

Golden Finance reports that Bitcoin mining company Hut 8 announced on the X platform that it has signed a 15-year data center leasing agreement worth up to $7 billion with Fluidstack, leasing its 245 MW data center located in the River Bend park. Additionally, Fluidstack can add up to 1,000 MW of capacity during the park’s future expansion phase, with the specific duration depending on the park’s installed capacity.
