Paragraph launches writer coins, 5% Token will reward past supporters

Foresight News reports that the Web3 content publishing platform Paragraph has launched writer coins to help authors and creators shift from paid subscriptions to tokenization support. The official team will pre-allocate about 5% in token rewards to past supporters (such as Paragraph/Mirror readers, Zora/Base author token holders, subscribers, and Farcaster/Base followers) weighted by contribution; it is default bound to WETH and can be bound with Zora or Base author tokens for synchronized growth; when readers browse publications and read articles, the system will prompt them to purchase writer coins, and new subscribers only need to click once more to immediately become supporters.
