Gate News 消息，埃隆·马斯克近日否认了有关SpaceX即将进行的首次公开募股（IPO）将Robinhood Markets (HOOD)和SoFi Technologies (SOFI)排除在外的报道。此前路透社报道称，摩根士利旗下E*Trade可能牵头负责向美国小型投资者出售SpaceX股票，而Robinhood与SoFi可能无法参与，引发散户投资者担忧。

马斯克明确表示，这些传言不实，散户友好的平台并未被排除在IPO之外。目前SpaceX计划将IPO约30%的份额预留给散户投资者，远高于通常5%-10%的比例，预计此次IPO可能筹集资金高达750亿美元，估值接近1.75万亿美元。这意味着年轻投资者仍有机会通过Robinhood等平台参与投资。

截至2026年2月，Robinhood报告称拥有2740万付费用户，总资产达3140亿美元，其用户平均年龄约为35岁，与特斯拉和SpaceX的粉丝群高度重合。因此，Robinhood在本次IPO中扮演关键角色。SOFI同样积极争取参与机会，与E*Trade和富达（Fidelity）竞争散户配额。

路透社最初的报道发布后，Robinhood股票HOOD一度下跌约2%。马斯克的澄清显示，SpaceX的IPO计划仍按原计划进行，预计于2026年6月上市，但Robinhood能否获得正式分销渠道地位尚未最终确定。

分析人士认为，马斯克的声明稳定了市场预期，也让散户投资者对参与史上规模最大的IPO保持信心。若IPO顺利完成，Robinhood与SoFi可能成为散户接入SpaceX投资的重要渠道，同时进一步巩固年轻投资者在高成长科技公司IPO中的参与度。
