Gate News 消息，4 月 1 日，Protocol Guild 贡献者 cheeky-gorilla 在 EthCC[9] 大会上表示，以太坊 L1 核心开发者的薪资比市场同类岗位低 50% 至 60%，而某些高性能新公链及 L2 头部项目正以 10 倍以上的薪资包精准挖角。他警告，一旦熟悉底层协议逻辑的资深研究员流失，PeerDAS、Verkle 树等关键路线图将面临实质性停摆风险。Protocol Guild 目前已累积超 1 亿美元资产，来源为 EigenLayer、ether.fi、Taiko 等受益于以太坊生态的项目方捐赠，通过智能合约以四年线性归属的方式分配给 160 余名核心贡献者，旨在以长期激励留住关键人才。为维持这一机制的持续运作，cheeky-gorilla 重申了「The 1% Pledge」倡议，呼吁在以太坊生态获利的项目将代币供应量的 1% 回馈给 Protocol Guild。他强调，L1 核心开发的健康是整个以太坊生态的根基，这笔投入不是慈善，而是维持以太坊持续演进的必要成本。
