Gate News 消息，3 月 12 日，Across 社区发布新提案，拟将协议从"DAO+代币"结构转变为美国 C-corp 公司结构，并通过代币换股权和代币收购的方式实现。根据提案，新成立的美国 C-corp 将持有协议所有知识产权，并负责管理开发、合作伙伴关系和商业化。ACX 持有者可选择两种方式：以 1:1 比例将 ACX 兑换为 AcrossCo 股权（直接持有或通过 SPV 结构持有，针对持有量低于 25 万 ACX 的投资者），或以每股 0.04375 美元的价格将 ACX 出售换取 USDC，该价格较此前 30 天均价溢价 25%。代币收购窗口为期 6 个月，预计提案通过后 3 个月内开启。时间线安排为：3 月 18 日举行社区电话会议，3 月 26 日发布最终提案，4 月 2 日开启 Snapshot 投票。Coingecko 数据显示，ACX 代币价格现报 0.065 美元，24 小时涨幅达 97.4%。
