Odaily星球日报讯 2 月份加密初创公司共获得约 8.83 亿美元风险投资，较去年同期超过 10 亿美元的融资规模下降约 13%。

DWF Labs 管理合伙人 Andrei Grachev 表示，当前投资者更加关注收入、用户规模及项目在熊市中的生存能力，投资策略趋于审慎。其指出，2026 年风险投资重点关注稳定币与支付基础设施、AI 代理以及面向机构的合规与资金管理工具。

2 月较大规模融资包括：Flying Tulip 通过代币销售融资 2.06 亿美元；数字商品平台 Whop 获 Tether 2 亿美元战略投资；美国数字资产银行 Anchorage Digital 获 Tether 1 亿美元战略股权投资。（DL News）
