上周金價先漲後跌，整體走弱。周初在高位震蕩，後半周因美元走強、美聯儲降息預期降溫，金價連續回落，周五跌破5100美元，最低探至5009美元，險些跌破5000關口，周線收跌。

核心利空是美聯儲3月降息概率幾乎歸零，6月降息也被推遲，美元和美債收益率走高，黃金持有成本上升，資金流出。中東局勢緩和，避險需求降溫，進一步壓制金價。本周重點看美聯儲議息會議，偏鷹則金價繼續承壓，偏鴿則有望反彈。

短期空頭佔優，金價跌破短期均線，5000美元是關鍵支撐，守住這裡還有震蕩反彈機會；若有效跌破，可能下探4950附近。上方壓力在5050-5100區間，反彈不破還是弱勢。

早間思路：當前金價在5000關口附近拉鋸，多空都謹慎。操作上，5000上方輕倉試多，止損放4980下方；目標看向5050-5080位置附近，整體以區間震蕩對待，重點盯5000得失，等待美聯儲會議定方向。
