Gate News message, April 22 — Vitalik Buterin’s cryptocurrency portfolio allocation has been revealed, showing that the Ethereum co-founder holds the vast majority of his assets in ETH. According to portfolio data, Buterin holds approximately 224,144 ETH, currently valued at around $517.1 million.
Beyond Ethereum, Buterin maintains a more limited diversification. He holds approximately 1.75 million aEthLUSD tokens (an Aave ecosystem stablecoin) worth $1.75 million, 10 billion WHITE tokens valued at approximately $718,500, and Frankencoin (ZCHF) holdings worth around $510,000. Additional positions include approximately $259,800 in Moo Deng (MOODENG) tokens and around $100,000 in Kyber Network (KNC) tokens.
Notably, assets other than Ethereum were sent to Buterin’s wallet without his knowledge by developers seeking to promote these tokens, suggesting that much of his altcoin exposure may not reflect active investment decisions.
