Gate News message, April 11, according to data from a prediction platform, the probability that “Rory McIlroy wins the 2026 U.S. Masters Tournament” has risen to 70%, up 46% over the past 24 hours. As of now, the total contract trading volume for this event has exceeded $107 million.
The contract rules are: settlement will be based on the player who is determined to be the winner of the 2026 U.S. Masters Tournament. If a player is eliminated from the event according to the tournament’s official rules, the relevant market will be settled as “No”; if there is a tie, settlement will be made according to the champion determined by the U.S. Masters Tournament’s official rules; if the champion has still not been announced as of December 31, 2026, it will be settled as “Other”. The primary basis for settlement is the official results published on the PGA Tour website and the U.S. Masters Tournament website; in addition, it may also refer to consensus from other reliable reports.
The 90th edition of the 2026 U.S. Masters Tournament officially got underway this week at Augusta National Golf Club. Defending champion Rory McIlroy shot 67 strokes, tied for the lead in the first round alongside American player Sam Burns. Chinese player Li Haotong turned in 71 strokes, ranking tied for 10th. After the first day of play, Australian player Jason Day, U.S.-born Japanese American player Kurt Kitayama, and the 2018 U.S. Masters champion Patrick Reed all tied for third with 69 strokes.
