BlockBeats 消息，2 月 17 日，比特币财库公司 Nakamoto 宣布已签署最终并购协议，拟收购比特币媒体与会议机构 BTC Inc 以及专注比特币相关投资的资产管理机构 UTXO Management，交易预计于 2026 年第一季度完成。
根据公告，此次收购将以股票方式完成，BTC Inc 与 UTXO 股东合计将获得约 3.64 亿股 Nakamoto 普通股，对应交易总对价约 1.07 亿美元。
