Netease has started laying off outsourced staff.


Back when I wasn't doing well in school, my family said I should study computer science at a junior college, then I could become a white-collar worker with high wages.
They said don't do sales work—it's exhausting and doesn't make much money anyway.
Now with AI development, would anyone still recommend studying computer science at junior college?
The most resilient position in the future will be BD (Business Development), which requires person-to-person communication—something AI can't replace.
It's also the career where ordinary people can actually make serious money.
