XRP Scam Alert! Influencers give away 100,000 tokens to fake, luring fans into traps
Influencer MrCrypto3706 announced a giveaway of 10,000 XRP (claimed to be worth 31,000), but screenshots show the price at $3.11, with an actual value of only $2.02. The account requests likes, shares, comments, and follows, following a typical scam pattern. The event lacks transaction hash and on-chain evidence, and it is unusual that trust was built with small amounts before suddenly offering a large amount. The community warns that scammers will ask winners for their seed phrases or remittance.
