These coins already had their parabolic runs. Take $PEPE for example ,tapped 0.000028 in December 2024 and the fade after told the whole story. They are not revisiting those highs until true altcoin season shows up, and we are not there yet.
Most people misread cycle structure. $BTC.D needs to bleed below 60% before capital actually rotates. Right now it is just low volume bounces and liquidity pokes. Every small pump looks bigger than it is because the base is still weak.
