The biggest problem with Jupiter right now is how governance works.
Proposals can appear out of thin air, without real community input in the design phase.
You’re voting on what the Jup team decides to put in front of you, structured the way they want it structured.
This is still not a DAO, this is a voting layer.
On top of that, the rules keep changing.
-No clear framework.
-No stable governance process.
-No long-term guarantees for stakers.
What’s offered today can be easily modified tomorrow.
This creates massive governance risk.
In traditional systems this is called policy uncertainty.
