This is still not a DAO, this is a voting layer.
On top of that, the rules keep changing.
-No clear framework.
-No stable governance process.
-No long-term guarantees for stakers.
What’s offered today can be easily modified tomorrow.
This creates massive governance risk.
In traditional systems this is called policy uncertainty.
And
